Back pain was never a huge issue for me, but in October of 2012 I began to get excruciating sciatic pain down my left side accompanied by lower back pain. At this time, I was playing sports five days per week and lifting weights five days, pushing my body to its limits. X-rays revealed that I was incredibly out of alignment and very compressed. My schedule only permitted me to see the doctor once every two weeks, but with dedicated home care and stretching as advised by the Backfit team , without changing my activity level I dramatically increased the health of my back and body in only 90 days.
